AN update
A very quick update on my work with ANPA and the ‘situation’ there.
I have filed a disability discrimination complaint with NCAT with regards to what has happened with other ex-execs. I have done this because the unstructured lack of due process and fair arbitration has been doing my head in, and I needed to draw a line under it so the work of the org can continue.
A lot has been said about me ‘racially discriminating’ against other people as well, by folks other than KG. Note how vague most of this ‘extra’ commentary has been? That’s because the people behind the scenes making these noises do not want to make things formal. They just want to ruin my rep and gut the org. I see ya, buddy. They don’t want their names in public, and they definitely do not want their methods exposed.
To them I say: there are formal processes available to you. Please file a racial discrimination complaint with the AHRC and let it be sorted fairly, with an unbiased, trained conciliator.
If you won’t formalise your concerns and allow for due process, then as far as I am concerned you are not interested in justice. You’re interested in playing politics, and demolishing ANPA.
And you also know you do not have grounds, and that if you actually handed your concerns to someone with experience, qualifications in arbitration, and an obligation to observe the law - it would all be thrown out.
And that’s why you haven’t gone there, isn’t it? That is why you have deployed naive, and trusting ND people who believe you have their best interests at heart. They may be taken in by you, but I am not. Nor will a mediator be, or a judge. And even you can’t dodge a subpoena.
Make it official, or stfu. Beyond that, I no longer need to expend energy on your manouvering.
And with that, I am now going to focus on getting back to ensuring Inklings is kept under the microscope, and working on consulting with the community about the National Autism Strategy Draft.
